By adding Vendy (also referred to as "Command Centre," "the Bot," or "the Service") to your Discord server, or by using any of its features — including slash commands, the web dashboard, automoderation, or AI chat — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and stop using the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all users including server owners, administrators, moderators, and regular members.
Vendy is a multi-purpose Discord bot providing:

Data is used only to operate the Bot's features. It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
All data is stored in a MongoDB database with encrypted connections and access controls. No system is entirely secure — you use the Service at your own risk.
You may not use Vendy to harass or target individuals; facilitate Discord ToS violations; mass-ban or spam; attempt to exploit the Bot; or misuse the AI or snipe features against users' privacy or dignity. Violations may result in immediate removal of access.
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to verify your identity and server permissions. OAuth tokens are used only for authentication and are not stored beyond your session.
The Bot owner may modify, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Bot owner may remove access for any server or user at any time for violations of these Terms, Discord's ToS, or misuse of features. No compensation is owed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Bot owner does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed what you paid (typically zero).
Vendy uses Discord (platform & auth), Groq/Llama (AI), and MongoDB (storage). Use of these services is subject to their own terms.
