Data is used only to operate the Bot's features, allow admins to view moderation history, authenticate dashboard access, and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
All persistent data is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and access controls. No system is 100% secure — you use the Service at your own risk.
Server owners are responsible for managing access to these features and communicating their use to their communities.

Vendy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
